The submission of a new contribution must be made individually or in a team (not exceeding 5 persons). Teams can also be formed on the day of the Challenge. Only one member of the team must submit (this member will be referred to as a contact member ). The contact member will provide all the information of the other members during the submission.
How to submit?
To participate in the challenge, you should download and complete the submission form (word file to be completed and submitted in pdf or docx format) and fill it out. The contact member must then visit the submission platform ( EasyChair ), register and follow the submission steps.

Participation in challenge days implies full acceptance of all the provisions of its rules.

Help with creating an account on the submission platform
Once you are on the submission platform, please click on the box “I’m not a robot”
Next, please provide your name / surname and your valid email address (twice) and wait to receive a confirmation email
Once you receive the email, please click on the link provided, it will direct you on the platform to complete your registration. Give all the information but be careful, do not select a State where it says State (US Only), unless you live in the US.
Finally provide the username and a valid password.
